Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. 2. Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction by interacting with guests, addressing inquiries and concerns, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. *Staff Training and Development: Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve employee skills and performance. 4. **Financial Management:** Monitor and control expenses, including food and labor costs, to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Prepare and analyze financial reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 5. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff. Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed. 7. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotions, special events, and social media campaigns. Monitor customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly. 8. Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and supplies at competitive prices. Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize value for the restaurant. Requirements: 1. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume establishment. 2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Proven ability to delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and hold employees accountable. 4.
