Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders, and suggest drinks
• Maintain the bar area and keep it clean and organized
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes
• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Upsell drinks to customers when appropriate

Requirements:

• Speed and efficiency in drink preparation
• Knowledge of how to plan and prepare a bar menu and drink recipes
• Knowledge of preparing and handling both alcoholic and non-alcohol drinks
• A good memory to keep track of customers' orders
• Excellent bar organization skills
• Ability to manage drink ingredients and keep costs at a minimum.
• Ability to work on some Sundays

Location: Abuja (Residents of Kado, Jahi, Gwarimpa, and its environs are preferred)
