Restaurant Duty Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations. Responsibilities:
Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Responsible for opening and closing procedures.
Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Scheduling and managing staff shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Training and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Complying with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Duty Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
