Restaurant Duty Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦80,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
Experience:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Scheduling and managing staff shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Training and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Duty Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
