Job Overview
- The Assistant General Manager will oversee branch operations to achieve sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of service excellence.
- Assist the General Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, providing VIP-level customer service and ensuring a personalized sales experience.
- Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Ensure that all sales operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze sales trends and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance to the General Manager.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create strategies and campaigns that effectively reach target markets.
- Participate in key negotiations with potential clients and close high-value deals.
- Stay updated on the latest luxury vehicle trends, features, and competitive landscape to maintain a strong market position.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the automobile industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
N400,000 - N500,000 / Month.
