Job Overview
As the HR Manager, you will play a strategic role in shaping our company culture, attracting top talent, and fostering a high-performing IT team.
You will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and development.
Responsibilities
Manage employee records, ensuring adherence to policy and legal standards for personnel files, benefits, and performance reviews.
Spearhead recruitment efforts by crafting precise job descriptions, advertising openings, and overseeing the hiring process.
Offer guidance and counseling on company policies and procedures to employees as needed.
Conduct thorough performance management and appraisal processes to drive employee development and organizational success.
Conduct regular reviews of employment conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Efficiently process payroll, including timesheet entry, deduction calculation, and paycheck distribution.
Develop and execute effective onboarding strategies to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
Provide fair and consistent support in managing disciplinary and grievance issues.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including managing contracts and work permits.
Prepare and present insightful HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision making.
Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4 years + of progressive experience in HR management roles, preferably in the education industry.
Thorough understanding of HR best practices.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
