JOB SUMMARY The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling vacant land properties to potential buyers. This position plays a crucial role in achieving the company's sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. RESPONSIBILITIES ● Identify and prospect potential buyers for vacant land properties through various marketing channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms. ● Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date with current real estate trends, pricing strategies, and competition in the local market. ● Arrange and coordinate property viewings and site visits for interested buyers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property. ● Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's land inventory, including property details, zoning regulations, and development potential. ● Prepare and present compelling sales presentations, highlighting the investment opportunities and potential returns associated with each property. ● Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements. ● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks. ● Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes. ● Participate in industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay informed about industry trends. ● Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
