Job Summary The Tech Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients. This role focuses on promoting Cybergon's cybersecurity services, training modules, and compliance solutions to a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in tech sales. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities. Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs and presenting tailored solutions. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and demonstrations of Cybergon's cybersecurity services and training modules. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and the market to inform product development and improve service offerings. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences and alignment on sales strategies. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics using CRM software. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, products, and industry standards to provide informed solutions to clients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 3+ years of experience in tech sales, preferably in the cybersecurity sector. Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, services, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills Technical certifications in cybersecurity or IT (e.g., Comp TIA Security+, CISSP) are a plus. Experience with Saa S sales models and subscription-based services.
