Job Description
Surjen Healthcare is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth business processes, driving operational efficiency, and managing resources to ensure Surjen’s growth and success.
The Operations Manager will work closely with the leadership team and various departments to maintain high service standards while improving operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the platform, including logistics, supply chain, customer service, and healthcare services coordination.
Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage relationships with hospitals, medical professionals, suppliers and other partners.
Monitor and analyze operational performance data to drive continuous improvement.
Lead, motivate and manage a team to achieve operational targets.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing and technology to align operations with business objectives.
Prepare reports and present insights to the leadership team for decision-making and strategic planning.
Manage budgets, forecasts and resource allocation for optimal operational performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare, logistics or e-commerce.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
