Africana Cook (Igbo Cuisine Specialist)
We are seeking a talented and experienced African Cook with a specialization in Igbo cuisine to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional Igbo cooking techniques and a passion for creating authentic and delicious dishes.
Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦60,000.00 - ₦80,000.00 per month
We are seeking a talented and experienced African Cook with a specialization in Igbo cuisine to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional Igbo cooking techniques and a passion for creating authentic and delicious dishes.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of traditional Igbo dishes, including soups, stews, and delicacies.
- Ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an African Cook specializing in Igbo cuisine.
- Proven ability to prepare authentic Igbo cuisine.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Igbo ingredients and techniques.
- Passion for preserving and promoting African culinary heritage.
