Responsibilities:
  • Actively approach and engage with potential customers in marketplace environments. Communicate brand value and product benefits to capture interest and generate leads
  • Identify high-potential leads from the marketplace traffic, qualify prospects, and apply effective strategies to convert them into loyal customers.
  • Enhance brand awareness through on-site promotional activities, demonstrations, and events. Position the brand prominently to attract attention from a wide audience.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and convey it effectively to potential customers.
  • Observe and analyze customer preferences and competitor activities.
  • Gather insights and provide feedback to improve offerings and sales approaches.
  • Work towards achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Adjust tactics as needed based on real-time sales performance.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional or complementary products, maximizing revenue per customer interaction.
  • Address customer inquiries, handle objections, and resolve any issues on the spot to enhance the customer experience and reinforce trust in the brand.
  • Track interactions, conversions, and sales metrics for each marketplace and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key insights and performance against KPIs.
Qualifications :
  • 1+ years of proven experience and knowledge in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Relationship management skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
Remuneration
  • Base pay + commission + incentives
