Job Title: Restaurant Cleaner Reports to:Restaurant Manager or Maintenance Supervisor Job Summary: Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, ensuring a healthy and safe environment for customers and staff. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Opening: 1. Sweep, mop, and clean floors. 2. Clean and disinfect tables, chairs, and surfaces. 3. Restock cleaning supplies. During Operations: 1. Clean and sanitize restrooms. 2. Wipe down kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils. 3. Empty trash and recyclables. 4. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas. Closing: 1. Deep clean high-traffic areas. 2. Sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils. 3. Prepare for next day's operations. Additional Tasks: 1. Clean windows, doors, and mirrors. 2. Maintain organization of storage areas. 3. Report maintenance issues. Skills and Qualities: 1. Attention to detail. 2. Physical stamina. 3. Ability to work independently. 4.
