We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Officer to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining a positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, providing information and directing inquiries to the correct departments.
Manage front desk activities, including receiving and sorting mail, deliveries, and other communications.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable with necessary materials.
Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication within the organization.
Support the HR or administrative team with general office duties, as needed.
Monitor office supplies inventory and order items as needed to ensure front desk operations run smoothly.
Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company’s services and policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar customer service role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
