Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team and help shape seamless and engaging user experiences for our products. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, able to translate complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs, and has a keen eye for detail. This role requires collaboration with product managers, developers, and other designers to create innovative solutions that improve user satisfaction and drive business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas.
Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
Design and refine UX patterns, ensuring they are intuitive and aligned with industry best practices.
Create and maintain style guides and design documentation to standardize user experiences across products.
Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate designs based on data-driven insights.
Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve the quality of our design processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3+ years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user research methods and usability testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong emphasis on detail and quality.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and experience designing for multiple devices and platforms.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: From ₦70,000.00 per month Expected hours: 25 per week
