Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team and help shape seamless and engaging user experiences for our products. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, able to translate complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs, and has a keen eye for detail. This role requires collaboration with product managers, developers, and other designers to create innovative solutions that improve user satisfaction and drive business goals.

Pay: From ₦70,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 25 per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
- Design and refine UX patterns, ensuring they are intuitive and aligned with industry best practices.
- Create and maintain style guides and design documentation to standardize user experiences across products.
- Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate designs based on data-driven insights.
- Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve the quality of our design processes and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user research methods and usability testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong emphasis on detail and quality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and experience designing for multiple devices and platforms.
