PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Manage and analyse water use and efficiency data to evaluate, design, and report on water efficiency programs. The role focuses on delivering
accurate data insights, driving water efficiency initiatives, and ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of program outcomes across various regions,
including remote communities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and analyse water use and efficiency data to evaluate, design, and report on water efficiency programs in Darwin and other regions,
including remote communities across the Northern Territory.
- Drive the customer-centric aspects of digital metering for water efficiency, including the creation of intuitive customer portals, streamlined leak
reporting systems, and comprehensive water efficiency audits for high-use customers.
- Design and deliver databases/dashboards for engagement activities tailored to each project’s needs.
- Gather and integrate customer feedback into water efficiency programs, ensuring that customer needs and experiences are reflected in program
designs and adjustments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on Monitoring and Evaluation of water efficiency programs, liaising with stakeholders, and
contributing to the development and strategic direction of the Water Efficiency Portfolio.
- Communicate technical subjects in plain English to stakeholders, including the Northern Territory public, in written and face-to-face formats to
achieve water efficiency behaviour change.
- Provide training and support to team members or stakeholders on data analysis tools, dashboards, and best practices in water efficiency.
- Ensure data governance and quality assurance, maintaining the integrity of data reported against program objectives and
developing/maintaining accurate work instructions and metadata for dashboard analytics

Councils, NTG departments, Do E, DIPL, TFHC and OWS. Within Power and Water; Water Services Operational and
Planning staff, remote Utility Service Contractors, Corporate Affairs, Customer Experience and Operations Centre,
and members of both the PWC Senior and Executive Leadership Teams.
