Access Point RI is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities throughout their lifespan, from early childhood into adulthood. We are hiring an Administrative Assistant for the Supported Employment Program located in Cranston, RI. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks that include but are not limited to ordering supplies, data entry, filing, and answering phone calls. The Administrative Assistant will be required to interact with customers, visitors, and employees professionally and cheerfully.
Greet customers, clients, and employees.
Answer any inquiries or direct calls on a multiline phone system.
Schedules meetings.
Maintain office memos and informative postings.
Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy, scanners, personal computers, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
2 years of administrative experience preferred.
Must pass a State Background Check.
Must have a valid drivers license.
