Our firm is women-owned and managed and has been growing successfully for over 20 years. Duties include but are not limited to answering multi-line phones, greeting clients, providing support to management and co-workers, assisting in daily office needs and general administrative activities. Dependability, punctuality and a positive attitude is a must! The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable with various office equipment, computers and software programs. Answer and direct phone calls
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment: copiers, scanners, printers and computers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

High School degree: experience/education in the financial industry preferred
