Administrative Assistant

We are a small independent financial services firm looking to add a full-time Administrative Assistant to our team of dedicated professionals. Our firm is women-owned and managed and has been growing successfully for over 20 years.
Duties include but are not limited to answering multi-line phones, greeting clients, providing support to management and co-workers, assisting in daily office needs and general administrative activities.
Dependability, punctuality and a positive attitude is a must! The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable with various office equipment, computers and software programs. Ultimately, an excellent Administrative Assistant should take pride in ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Some Responsibilities are:
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain client relationship management software (CRM)
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Runner
Skills/Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment: copiers, scanners, printers and computers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

 Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
 Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
 High School degree: experience/education in the financial industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Education:
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
  • Albuquerque, NM 87109: Relocate before starting work (Required)
