Job Description: Information Technologies Hub and Cynosure (ITHAC) is seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Brands and Communications Manager to join our team at our Abuja FCT office. This hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape and manage our brand's voice, enhance our communication strategies, and drive our mission forward. Roles and Responsibilities:
Brand Management: Assist in developing and maintaining ITHAC's brand identity across all platforms.
Content Creation: Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media campaigns, monitor engagement, and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
Public Relations: Support PR initiatives, including press releases, media outreach, and event coordination.
Internal Communications: Develop and manage internal communication strategies to keep the team informed and engaged.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our programs and services.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Qualifications:
A degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Professional certification in a related field is a plus.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience with digital marketing and social media management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic.
