Information Technologies Hub And Cynosure (ITHAC) is seeking a highly skilled Media and Production Manager to oversee the creation, planning, and execution of all media projects. This role requires a dynamic individual with creative vision and technical expertise in photography, videography, and digital media. As the creative lead for ITHAC’s media initiatives, the Media and Production Manager will produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand strategy and resonates with our audience. Candidates should review our social media platforms to familiarize themselves with ITHAC’s brand style and production quality. A strong portfolio is essential to demonstrate capability; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities: Media Production and Project Oversight
Direct all aspects of media production, from pre-production planning to post-production completion, ensuring each project meets ITHAC’s quality standards.
Manage production team workloads, prioritize projects, and oversee the allocation of resources and deadlines.
Ensure all media content is delivered on schedule and within budget, reflecting the ITHAC brand identity.
Technical Expertise in Photography and Videography
Execute professional photography and videography, managing all technical elements, including camera operation, lighting design, shot composition, and audio.
Set up and conduct in-house and on-location shoots, adjusting equipment to capture the highest quality content.
Proficiently use editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Da Vinci Resolve for video, as well as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for photography.
Creative Development and Directing
Conceptualize, direct, and produce visually compelling video and photo content aligned with ITHAC’s creative vision and audience needs.
Collaborate on storyboarding, script development, and visual planning to craft engaging, impactful narratives.
Maintain and refine the creative strategy for ITHAC’s online presence, contributing innovative ideas to enhance brand identity and engagement.
Project Planning and Budget Management
Develop and manage detailed production schedules, coordinating each phase to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
Track expenses closely to adhere to project budgets, negotiating with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs without compromising quality.
Review financial reports and maintain budgetary discipline throughout all stages of production.
Marketing and Digital Strategy Development
Develop, implement, and oversee multimedia marketing campaigns to boost ITHAC’s online visibility and strengthen brand identity.
Manage online platforms, crafting content strategies that engage and expand our audience on social media and other digital channels.
Build and sustain relationships with media outlets, vendors, and other partners to broaden ITHAC’s reach.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Review all media assets for consistency with ITHAC’s branding and quality standards, conducting final quality checks before release.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ITHAC’s content guidelines to maintain brand integrity and public trust.
Regularly audit media assets and update content to stay current with industry trends and company goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in media production management, with expertise in video and photo production, content creation, and digital marketing.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in professional photography and videography techniques.
Skilled in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve) and photo editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects).
Knowledge of digital asset management tools and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello) for efficient workflow management.
Creative Skills:
Strong sense of visual composition, color grading, lighting, and audio balance.
Ability to storyboard, direct, and refine concepts to create visually engaging content that aligns with ITHAC’s branding strategy.
Marketing and Strategic Skills:
Knowledge of brand strategy, digital marketing, and social media best practices.
Ability to create content that drives engagement and aligns with overall brand goals.
Portfolio Requirement:
A professional portfolio showcasing past projects and media production work is mandatory. Only candidates who submit a portfolio will be considered for this position.

Work Environment:
