We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence and drive engagement.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.).
Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and tags promptly and professionally.
Increase social media followers and engagement through innovative campaigns and promotions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that strengthen brand awareness.
Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content and strategies accordingly.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the food or retail industry.
Strong grasp of social media platforms and trends.
Creative mindset for content creation and social media engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage customer inquiries effectively.
Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is advantageous.
