Job Description: The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope and budget. The role involves leading project teams, managing risks, and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Planning: Develop project plans, define the scope, and set goals that align with ITHAC’s strategic objectives.
Organization: Manage people and processes to ensure efficient workflow and meet all project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the project team and senior management, providing regular updates on progress.
Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet the required standards.
Reporting: Monitor project progress using project management tools and report regularly to stakeholders.
Problem-solving: Address issues and challenges as they arise, providing practical solutions to keep the project on track.
Negotiation: Engage in internal and external negotiations to manage resources, timelines, and deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of work-related experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
PMP certification is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT).
Strong portfolio of completed projects showcasing leadership and project management expertise.
