Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Development: Design and implement a diverse menu that features traditional and modern European dishes.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished dishes to ensure they meet both company and health standards.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure effective workflow in the kitchen.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels of ingredients, order supplies as necessary, and ensure minimal waste.
- Hygiene Practices: Uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with guests to gather feedback and make adjustments to menu items based on preferences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar role, ideally in a fine dining or high-volume environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent training.
- Expertise in various cooking techniques and styles from European cuisines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Creativity and passion for cooking
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
