Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Baking and Production: Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all baked goods are of high quality, properly presented, and meet the establishment's standards.
- Recipe Development: Assist in creating new recipes and menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and market trends.
- Inventory Management: Help manage inventory levels of baking ingredients, ensuring that stock is fresh and properly stored.
- Hygiene Practices: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to junior bakers or apprentices.
- Training and Development: Participate in training new staff members and share knowledge of baking techniques and best practices.
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or bakery setting.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification in baking and pastry arts.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creativity and passion for baking and pastry arts.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
