Customer Care Executive (Email) Support

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer emails and inquiries regarding our CRM system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Provide training and support materials to customers on CRM features and best practices.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing and maintaining FAQs and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve support processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a CRM environment.
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
