CRM/ Merchandiser
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer interactions and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to team members on CRM usage and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on CRM software enhancements and best practices.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in data management and analysis.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
