- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to optimize stock and reduce excess.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely product delivery.
- Visual Merchandising:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with brand identity and seasonal trends.
- Create eye-catching displays and layout plans for retail spaces.
- Sales Strategy:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional strategies and pricing structures.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Liaise with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Attend fashion shows, trade shows, and other industry events to stay current with trends.
