Customer Care Representative - Email Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve processes.
- Assist in creating and updating email templates and FAQs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using email systems and customer service software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
