Customer Care Executive- Email
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve issues related to products, services, and account inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information.
- Document interactions and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Identify common customer concerns and contribute to developing FAQs and knowledge base articles.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 12th pass, good communications skills, Freshers can also apply.
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in an email support role.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and email communication tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
