Customer Care Executive- Email Support

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Address inquiries regarding products, services, and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Provide customers with guidance on product usage and best practices.
- Assist in developing FAQs and help documentation to improve customer self-service.
- Monitor email channels for trends and suggest improvements to processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or a degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
