About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Metering Services Support Officer . This role can be based at any Essential Energy depot with the flexibility to work from home in a hybrid environment.
The Metering Services Officer is responsible for providing services to Essential Energy’s metering business in line with regulatory obligations, market rules, policies and procedures and delegated authority. The Officer is further responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely flow of metering related data to and from all market participants and governing bodies, by providing analysis, reconciliation and resolution of any errors relating to data configuration issues relating to these functions
About You
To be successful you will have excellent experience in maintaining key stakeholder relationships within Finance and Compliance, and other external participants. You will be able to adapt to new processes and systems in a changing environment whilst sharing information and supporting others in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Cert III in Business or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.
- Demonstrated operational understanding of large transactional volume-based service environments or demonstrated ability to quickly gain this understanding
- Experience in the administration of customer service operations in a functional and transactional environment.
