About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Process Improvement Lead to join our Asset and Operations team. This role can be based anywhere within Essential Energy’s operational footprint.
Reporting to the Manager Enterprise Process Excellence the Process Improvement Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end business improvement effort on projects throughout the organisation Transformational and Enterprise-wide programmes. The Lead will also manage a portfolio of processes to ensure stakeholder requirements on building, maintaining and improving the processes are met. This includes coaching process stewards in modelling and improving processes, as well as managing Process Analysts as required in projects within the portfolio.
Using proven process improvement methodologies, the Process Improvement Lead will drive process improvement effort within projects to realise tangible benefits in efficiency and performance through problem solving and solution implementation.
About You
You will have extensive process improvement experience in a complex business environment, well developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, be a critical thinker, who can problem solve and think analytically. You will play a key role developing effective business solutions through process re-engineering, requirements gathering, integration analysis and subsequent design and implementation of large scale projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.
Desirable
- Process Improvement Certification
- Project Management Certification
