Responsibilities
The Project Manager formulates and enforces work standards, assigns contractor schedules, reviews work discrepancies, supervises contractor personnel, and communicates policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
What you will do:
- Serves as the contractor's primary interface with the Governments Contracting Officer, Government Contracting officer's Representative (COR), and Government Technical Monitor.
- Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
- Manages the development and preparation of proposals for the program and serve as the primary contact to respond.
- Determine the necessary schedules for proposal submittal, proposal preparation, pricing, and review the proposal for responsiveness to the program's requirements.
- Establishes budgets, forecasts, manpower, equipment and supply needs for assigned area of responsibility.
- Designs, conducts and/or facilitates the preparation of the efficient and effective program metrics, other reports, and briefings as required.
Qualifications
Education:
HS 20+ years of experience, Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college (ABET preferred) in engineering, computer science, or system engineering and 16 years of experience, 14 years with MS/MA, 10 years with Ph.D.
Basic Qualifications:
The candidate must have a strong understanding of data Center operations, and applications used to store, retrieve and secure MDA sensitive data.
The candidate must:
Be fluent in the Microsoft Office toolset
Be a US citizen
Be able to work from the customer facility on a regular basis unless customer approved to work outside the local area
Have a minimum of 10 years combined Government/Do D experience in performing the essential duties listed above
Other Qualifications:
An additional plus is experience with enterprise IT solutions, cloud migration, Dev Sec Ops, agile software development and application design, integration, testing and deployment.
Security Requirements:
Candidate must be able to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance or higher to begin work on the task order.
Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
