Position Overview:

As our Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our office. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of treatment plans for our patients, demonstrating your stellar communication skills and problem-solving abilities every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule treatment plans for patients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

Communicate effectively with patients, explaining treatment options, financial responsibilities, and answering any questions they may have.

Maintain detailed records and ensure accuracy in scheduling and billing processes.

Collaborate closely with our dental team to provide excellent patient care and service.

Assist patients with understanding and arranging payments, ensuring clarity and transparency in financial transactions.

Work closely with patient insurance plans, verifying coverage, and accurately posting payments.

Review and collect daily administrative office reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all documentation.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
