Leading Real Estate Law Firm looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team to provide office wide support to internal customers and external clients. This part time position offers great flexibility! Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and route appropriately
Provide support to Attorneys and office staff
Effectively manage reception area
Provide high level administrative support
General office duties
Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Input search and survey information into software system
Generate appropriate correspondence
Research city/county records for information
File correspondence and legal documents
Ensure proper indexing and filing of original legal documents
