Lead Administrator, Free Through Recovery

Behavioral Health - Remote in North Dakota - Lead Administrator
The North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Behavioral Health Division is seeking a Lead Administrator to join the team.
As the Lead Administrator you will administer the Free Through Recovery program and assist with cross-cutting efforts of the Behavioral Health Division. The Free Through Recovery Program is administered in collaboration with North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
As the Lead Administrator, you will provide leadership and supervision to a team of program administrators, gather, and incorporate feedback to address needs, challenges, or other considerations with program implementation and development.
You will administer and monitor program budgets; establish and monitor program goals; develop and maintain community-based provider guidance; plan, lead, and participate in community meetings; prepare data and outcome information; provide quarterly program updates; maintain program policies and processes; and expand and oversee quality management.
You should demonstrate recovery-oriented values and have strong planning and communications skills as well as problem-solving skills and the ability to participate effectively in collaborative and diverse decision-making processes. You should be highly organized, able to manage your time and priorities effectively. You will be able to assess problems and identify creative solutions. You will be able to develop and maintain partnerships with state, tribal and community stakeholders while working independently and within a team. You will be able to effectively communicate verbally, in writing and presenting information to a diverse group. Some travel required.
The Behavioral Health Division is a team of more than 40 professionals dedicated to effective administration of behavioral health programs and services. BHD provides leadership for the planning, development, and oversight of the state's behavioral health system. The Division works with partners within the Department of Health and Human Services and the state behavioral health system to improve access to services, address behavioral health workforce needs, develop policies, and ensure quality services are available for those with behavioral health needs.
To be considered for this position, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in a related field required, or a combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Location: This position is remote from home, but you must live in North Dakota.
