To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:
- Ability To Lead Or Supervise (SCREEN OUT)
- Ability To Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (includes blueprints reading)
- Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment
- Knowledge of materials
- Technical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic)
SCREEN OUT: Have experience that demonstrates the ability to lead or supervise maintenance work equivalent to the WG-7 level. Work experience demonstrates the ability to organize assignments for subordinates, estimate materials and manpower, prepare work orders and reports, train others on maintenance work in at least two of the follow trades (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, cement finishing or masonry), explain work manuals and procedures, and motivate others to work efficiently and productively.
