Administrative Assistant - Montgomery Performing Arts Center


Deliver exceptional administrative support across multiple areas, including managing telephone coverage, coordinating copier projects, handling mail operations, and overseeing supply inventory. Efficiently process letters and correspondence, plan events, and meetings, generate insightful reports and manage invoice and expense reporting. Additionally, maintain database management and actively assist in successfully executing assigned projects, ensuring smooth and effective operations.

Key Components of the role will include:
  • Effectively manages the appointment calendar for the MPAC General Manager and prepares, distributes, and regularly updates the Performing Arts Center calendar of events to ensure seamless scheduling.
  • Develops and maintains database and spreadsheet files encompassing MPAC members, client/artist details, supplier contacts, and financial records for easy access and enhanced data management.
  • Accompanies the MPAC General Manager on show days, supervising front-of-house operations and providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Builds ticketed events using Ticketmaster software, overseeing the ticket sales process and daily box office operations to ensure a positive patron experience.
