We are recruiting to fill the position of an Office Assistant whose key responsibilites is to keep the office area organized and clean, and also other administrative duties.
Responsibilities
Ensuring the office area is clean and well organized at all times
Attending to visitors and notifying the appropriate office of visitor’s presence
Monitor level of office supplies and handle shortages by ordering new materials as needed
Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and delivering letters, messages and packages to the appropriate office.
Assist the Admin officer in other tasks as may be required.
Requirements
SSCE / OND with 1 year of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
Oral and written communication skills
The ability to Multitask and work without supervision
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
Attention to details
Good personal hygiene
Basic computer skills and working knowledge of office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.
