Job Title: B2B Sales Representative/Marketer Product: School Ledger - School Management Software Job Overview: Our client is seeking a proactive and motivated B2B Sales Representative/Marketer to drive the adoption of our flagship product, School Ledger, in schools. The primary responsibility will be to engage with school administrators, demonstrate the value of our software, and support the onboarding process. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in field marketing, relationship-building, and possess a passion for the educational technology sector. Key Responsibilities: · - Field Marketing and Outreach · - Actively visit schools to introduce and present the School Ledger software. · - Develop relationships with key decision-makers in schools to facilitate software adoption. - · - Sales and Follow-Up · - Conduct product pitches and demonstrations to school staff, addressing specific needs. · - Follow up on potential leads, ensuring that schools have a clear understanding of the software's benefits and functionalities. · - Client Onboarding and Training · - Provide comprehensive training sessions for school staff to ensure efficient use of the software. · - Offer continued support during the initial phase of implementation to ensure customer satisfaction. · - Reporting and Performance Tracking · - Document all client interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities. · - Submit weekly reports on sales progress and challenges faced in the field. Compensation: - Base Salary: 80,000 Naira/month - Transport Support: 50,000 Naira/month - Sales Incentive: 40,000 Naira for each closed sale Qualifications: - Previous experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or a similar role is preferred. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. - Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field. - Familiarity with software products and the education sector is a plus.
