1. Microsoft 365 Services Implementation and Migration:
Design and implement Active Directory, Microsoft 365 services - Exchange Online, Share Point, One Drive and MS Teams to meet specific business requirements and user productivity.
Migrate users and data from legacy systems to Microsoft 365 using industry-standards.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure technology deployments delivers value.
2. Services Monitoring and Maintenance:
Monitor resource utilization, service health and performance of on premise and cloud services.
Ensure high availability and customer experience objectives are achieved.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including patch management, storage and system tuning.
Proactively identify risk to service availability, ensures reliable operations through pre-emptive actions and promptly escalate any service disruption.
3. Security and Access Management:
Configures, implements UTM firewall and endpoint protection policies and enforces security baseline, ensuring all assets including user and data are secured and periodized at all times.
Implement access controls and identity management, adhering to security best practices and compliance standards.
Monitor the environment for potential security threats, mitigates and responds to incidents swiftly, minimizing any security breaches.
4. End-User Support and Training
Provide clear and comprehensive guideline and tips to enable users operate IT systems and apps.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and user issues on Microsoft 365, Connectivity and business applications in line with SLA.
Support and resolve server workload, application, and service operations across on-premises, cloud and 3rd party sites.
Create and manage user identity, accounts and permission according to defined work privileges.
Maintain Software manuals, SOP and relevant guidelines for enterprise productivity applications and tools.
5. Cloud Service Administration:
Perform day-to-day management and administration of server instances, virtual networks, and services on MS Azure.
Perform day-to-day management and administration of Microsoft 365 hybrid/cloud environment.
Manage prompt onboarding and update of user account, and monitor services with Power Shell scripts for automation tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve email delivery issues and configure email rules to ensure secure communication channels are achieved.
6. Collaboration and Process Improvement:
Support relevant functional IT teams and stakeholders to improve user adoption and integration of Microsoft 365 applications, services.
Provide technical reports and documentation on operational assessments, technical findings, and feedback on system performance.
Lead process improvement initiatives based on operational assessments and lessons learned from implementation experiences.
7. Capacity and Availability Management:
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive availability and capacity management solutions, following industry best practices.
Analyze system performance metrics and address capacity issues to ensure service levels are maintained.
Ensure that Microsoft 365 services are scalable and can adapt to the organization’s evolving needs.
Required Experience:
3–4 years hands-on experience deploying, and maintaining on premise servers and cloud services.
Proven experience administering file repository, SQL database services and performing data migrations.
Strong understanding of automation, using Power Shell scripts, remote management tools, alerts and triggers to manage hybrid/cloud environments.
Expertise in security, access control, and identity management within Microsoft AD and 365
Knowledge of ITIL, Service Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, Availability and Capacity Management
Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Share Point, One Drive, Teams).
