1.) Sales Representative
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities


  • Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, Whats App, and in-person.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer preferences to the sales manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with their goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum of OND or its equivalent.
  • Must have a Valid Drivers License and LASDRI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Ability to drive/handle a manual transmission vehicle.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.

2.) Brand Communication Executive

Job Overview
  • We’re looking for a talented and passionate Brand Communication Executive to join our team and help us communicate our brand story effectively.
  • The Brand Communication Executive will be responsible for determining Opinion Leaders and promotional locations in their respective areas, conducting Detailing/Presentation/Sampling activities and running according to plan, conducting promotional activities and being responsible for promo materials, preparing budgets and reports on their use, as well as reports on marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the OL (Opinion Leader) and the place of product promotion and adjust to the specified target
  • Ensure that promotional materials are in accordance with set concepts, procedures and targets
  • Ensure the emergence of consumer confidence related to product benefits through Detailing, Presentation, and Sampling activities to Opinion Leaders
  • Ensure activities related to external parties are in accordance with the targets and time set
  • Disseminate knowledge and expertise to other employees to support the creation of a high performance organization.
  • Continue distribution of purchase orders to sales teams at branches or authorized Distributors.
  • Evaluate the process and ensure Detailing, Presentation and Sampling activities are on target
  • Evaluate processes and visit Opinion Leaders regarding Detailing, Presentation and Sampling activities
  • Evaluate the process and ensure that promotional activities are carried out according to the concept, procedures, and targets set.
  • Propose the needs of each business process that is the field of work
  • Preparation of activity reports and administration of operational activities.
Requirements
  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in the same position in medical line will be an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
  • Time management skills.

3.) Logistics Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Working with other departments to support business goals and objectives
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conducting cost analysis to select cost-effective transportation options.
  • Communicating with warehouse/distributor or depot, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and transport companies to ensure compliance with import regulations.
  • Track shipments and handle all logistics-related inquiries from suppliers and clients.
  • Negotiate with shipping agents and transporters to secure the best rates and services.
  • Maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensure an efficient and effective order-to-delivery lead time, reordering products as needed, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Overseeing the loading of trucks, setting up delivery routes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to the Distribution Canters.
  • Coordinate and manage the entire importation process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or customs clearance.
  • Stay updated on changes in international trade laws, tariffs, and compliance regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate and improve logistics and supply chain processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in importation, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, shipping procedures, and customs documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in [specific industry] would be an advantage.
