Job Overview
- The Brand Communication Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing external and internal communication strategies to enhance the brand's image, increase brand awareness, and ensure a consistent message across all channels.
- The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of marketing and PR strategies.
- Develop and implement brand communication strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Manage and maintain the company's brand voice across all communication platforms (social media, website, press releases, etc.).
- Create engaging content for various communication channels to promote brand identity and enhance audience engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, design, and product to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform brand communication plans.
- Manage relationships with media, influencers, and external PR agencies to increase brand visibility.
- Prepare and edit press releases, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all communication channels.
- Assist in organizing and promoting company events, sponsorships, and public engagements.
- Measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in brand communication, marketing, or public relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Experience with content creation, press releases, and public speaking.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
