Job Overview
The Brand Communication Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing external and internal communication strategies to enhance the brand's image, increase brand awareness, and ensure a consistent message across all channels.
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of marketing and PR strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand communication strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
Manage and maintain the company's brand voice across all communication platforms (social media, website, press releases, etc.).
Create engaging content for various communication channels to promote brand identity and enhance audience engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, design, and product to ensure cohesive messaging.
Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform brand communication plans.
Manage relationships with media, influencers, and external PR agencies to increase brand visibility.
Prepare and edit press releases, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all communication channels.
Assist in organizing and promoting company events, sponsorships, and public engagements.
Measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in brand communication, marketing, or public relations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Experience with content creation, press releases, and public speaking.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
