Brand ambassador
We are seeking an energetic, personable, and well-groomed Brand Ambassador to represent Eroxcare for in-store promotions and activations. As the face of the brand, you will engage with customers, promote the brand’s products, and provide valuable hair care information. Your appearance will reflect the brand’s values of healthy, beautiful hair, and your friendly personality will help create memorable customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: From ₦80,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Promotion:
- Actively promote the brand products during in-store events and activations.
- Educate customers on the benefits, features, and usage of the brand's hair care products.
- Distribute product samples and promotional materials to encourage product trials.
- Demonstrate product application techniques when applicable, ensuring customers understand proper usage.
- Customer Engagement:
- Interact with shoppers, answering questions and recommending products based on individual hair care needs.
- Share personal experiences and success stories related to the brand to establish a connection with the audience.
- Maintain a positive and approachable attitude, ensuring customers feel comfortable engaging with the brand.
- Sales Support:
- Encourage customers to make purchases by explaining promotions, product bundles, or special offers.
- Assist customers with product selections and purchases, and maintain knowledge of current stock.
- Track and report product sales, customer feedback, and engagement levels.
- Brand Representation:
- Represent the brand with professionalism and align with the brand’s image, maintaining healthy, well-groomed hair.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance, including a healthy weight and average height as specified by brand guidelines.
- Ensure that all product displays are visually appealing and follow brand standards.
- Reporting & Feedback:
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer reactions and areas for improvement.
- Report any concerns, stock shortages, or customer issues to the Activation Coordinator or store management.
- Experience:
- Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Associate, or Promoter in the beauty or hair care industry is preferred.
- Experience in in-store promotions, activations, or events is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse customers.
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to drive product purchases through recommendations and product knowledge.
- Confidence in public speaking and product demonstration in a retail setting.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple customers simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods during in-store events.
- Comfortable lifting light promotional materials and setting up displays.
- Appearance Requirements:
- Must have healthy, well-maintained hair that reflects the values of the hair care brand.
- Be of good weight, fitting within the brand’s image guidelines.
- Average height is preferred for this role, in alignment with the brand’s representation criteria.
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional training in sales, marketing, or beauty/hair care is a plus.
- Other Requirements:
- Passion for beauty and hair care, with knowledge of hair care products and trends.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Pay: From ₦80,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ikeja: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Brand marketing: 4 years (Preferred)
- Merchandising: 3 years (Preferred)
