Manage and oversee all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, You Tube, etc.), ensuring content is consistent with the brand’s voice and goals.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform.
Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, maintaining brand integrity in tone, imagery, and content.
Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience feedback to inform brand strategy adjustments.
Develop campaigns that align with the brand's vision and goals, while enhancing brand reputation and market positioning.
Collaborate with the design and creative teams to develop visually appealing, on-brand content that tells the company’s story.
Leverage user-generated content and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to boost engagement.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and other brand-driven initiatives across social channels.
Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) across social media channels to assess campaign effectiveness.
Use data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to create performance reports and recommend strategies for improvement.
Continuously optimize social media strategies based on performance metrics and audience feedback.
Work closely with the marketing, PR, product, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
Partner with external vendors, agencies, or influencers to execute brand partnerships, sponsored content, and other initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, digital marketing innovations, and emerging platforms to keep the brand competitive.
Experiment with new content formats (e.g., stories, live streaming, short-form video) and innovative brand campaigns to engage audiences.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in social media management, brand marketing, or digital content creation.
Proven track record of growing and engaging online audiences across various social media platforms.
Experience working with content management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging.
Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling, with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
