Location: ITHAC Office, Abuja FCT
Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)
In office Work Schedule: 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Description:
Information Technologies Hub And Cynosure (ITHAC) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in Abuja on a hybrid basis. This role involves both in-office and remote work, with the flexibility to manage key HR functions effectively.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and productivity.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Performance Management:
  • Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
  • Work with department heads to set performance goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees to support their development.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Oversee the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and other professional development opportunities.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
Strategic HR Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning and talent management.
  • Participate in organizational development initiatives to support company growth.
Hybrid Work Management:
  • Manage the hybrid work model, ensuring that employees are productive both in-office and remotely.
  • Coordinate schedules and communication to maintain team cohesion and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
This hybrid position requires working from our Abuja FCT office three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
