Job Description: Information Technologies Hub And Cynosure (ITHAC) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in Abuja on a hybrid basis. This role involves both in-office and remote work, with the flexibility to manage key HR functions effectively. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and productivity.
Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Performance Management:
Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
Work with department heads to set performance goals and objectives.
Provide coaching and feedback to employees to support their development.
Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Organize workshops, seminars, and other professional development opportunities.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
Strategic HR Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning and talent management.
Participate in organizational development initiatives to support company growth.
Hybrid Work Management:
Manage the hybrid work model, ensuring that employees are productive both in-office and remotely.
Coordinate schedules and communication to maintain team cohesion and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
