Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring, ensuring the organization attracts top talent.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
Develop and manage performance management systems, including regular evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
Work with managers to address performance issues and provide coaching to employees for improvement and growth.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Oversee the implementation of company policies, updating them regularly to reflect legal changes and best practices.
Design and maintain HR documents, including employee handbooks, job descriptions, and contracts.
Ensure proper documentation of employee records while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Oversee compensation structures, ensuring they are competitive and in line with industry standards.
Identify employee training and development needs and work with leadership to implement programs that enhance skills and performance.
Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training to help employees adapt and grow in their roles.
Analyze HR metrics and trends, using data to inform decisions on recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR initiatives, workforce demographics, and employee performance.
Handle sensitive employee relations issues, mediating disputes and resolving conflicts in a fair and effective manner.
Provide expert advice to managers on handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
Manage HR software.
Oversee HR-related workflows and leverage technology to improve recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Workday, Bamboo HR) and Microsoft Office Suite
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to design HR documents using Canva or similar tools
Experience with performance management and employee development
Familiarity with benefits administration and compensation structures
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a course certification in the field.
