We are seeking passionate Customer Retention Specialists to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for retention. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer retention inquiries. - Identify reasons for customer churn and propose tailored solutions to retain customers. - Build trusted relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction. - Collaborate closely with technical and sales teams to proactively resolve customer issues. - Availability to work full time according to the following schedule
Profil Recherché
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage stressful situations and resolve conflicts.
Results-oriented with a strong ability to achieve and exceed retention goals.
