Dutch & English Bilingual Customer Service Position
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Dutch & English Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support for our Cloud Camera account. If you are fluent in both English and Dutch, have experience in customer service, preferably in the e Commerce industry, and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and professional customer support via email, chat, and phone, primarily in Dutch and English.
Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quality Assurance (QA) standards to meet or exceed performance targets.
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Ability to work the European regular timezone, from 9 am to 5 pm CET, Monday to Friday.
Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in the Ecommerce industry.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
