DUTCH Accountant
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Accountant who would work hand in hand with the global Finance and Operations team. As an accountant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and tax needs, making sure that financial records are accurate and up-to-date, compliant with Belgian VAT and fiscal laws. You would also help the company in preparing quarterly and yearly financial reports and analysis. Key accountabilities: •Manage all the flows of the ledger accounting and make sure all evidence is recorded in due time into our accounting system. •Preparation or review of annual financial statements, tax returns, closing transactions. •Filing the statements to the government on behalf of the company. •Setting up monthly and quarterly reports with different levels of autonomy depending on files’ complexity •Monitoring of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank, lettering, payroll, entries. •Work hand in hand with the global Finance and Operations team. •Updating historic actual data •Reviewing and updating all other cost areas •Assisting in variance analysis from latest forecast to actual results both during the month end and year end. • Supporting the Finance Controller or Finance Manager with analysis, reporting and data as required.

Profil Recherché
- Have minimum 4 years of experience in accountancy with a degree in Accounting.
- Must have ACCA qualification.
- You have good hold on Belgian VAT, fiscal laws and other Belgian Accounting Standards.
- Experience with accounting tools like Xero, Sage, Quick Books or any other.
- Must be knowledgeable on European Compliance standards and regulations.
- At least 2 years’ experience in outsourcing or multinational firms.
- Having a formal training from Institute for Tax Advisors and Accountants will be preferred.
- High attention to detail
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Able to interact with all areas of the business.
- Fluency Dutch , French and English
