Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or related fields
- Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are welcome
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in express or related industries
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Willingness to work 6 days a week (Saturday is Work from Home)
- Oversee fleet operations and management
- Plan fleet expansion and implement management systems
- Manage driver recruitment, attendance, and maintain driver communication
- Maintain vehicle records, driver details, and driver records
- Conduct regular safety meetings on traffic laws and safe driving standards
- Perform routine and random safety inspections on vehicles
- Annual Leave
- EPF & SOCSO contributions

- Management
