Claim Assistant
1. Preferred candidates should have a Diploma or Degree, or minimum at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
2. Familiarity with construction materials and trade work is essential.
3. Experience in handling subcontractors and suppliers is required.
4. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin (will be an advantages).
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must; knowledge of UBS accounting software is an advantage.
6. Ability to work cooperatively with the project team and independently with minimal supervision.
7. Strong communication and organizational skills.
8. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and time management.
9. Prepare, compile, submit and update claims, billing and records.
10. Locate and verify claim information, communicate with clients and claimants.
11. Review and respond incoming and outgoing documents.
12. Document authorizations and maintain confidentiality.
13. Transcribe recorded statements.
14. Submitting monthly claims reports to upper management for budget planning.
15. Process payments.
16. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed and handle ad-hoc work required from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
